During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to put attention on your breath, your body, and your energy as you are guided to do simple yet potent energy practices. These ancient practices are designed to get you back to your center, have you feel clear to make resonant decisions, and resourced to engage with your life in an authentic way.

Seasonal Mentorship Sessions
Sacred space where you are guided to access your inner knowing in a deeper way.
During these sessions, we attune to a current initiation life is presenting to you— this may look like a current challenge, block, or success in life or in business requiring further integration and attention. Through the use of ritual, energy practices, and clear reflection we bring presence and fine-tuned attention to this aspect of your life so that you may move through it with more ease, grace, and clarity. Leaving you resourced to engage with life more fully.
