Intentional space for practice grounding, clearing, and resourcing your energetic field. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to put attention on your breath, your body, and your energy as you are guided to do simple yet potent energy practices. These ancient practices are designed to get you back to your center, have you feel clear to make resonant decisions, and resourced to engage with your life authentically.
